Nuño Fernández Ezquerra is a composer of contemporary classical music, electronic music and music for film and media.

Refusing aesthetic and conceptual shallowness, his works are characterised by a fastidious attention to detail and the quest to create a meaningful and impactful experience to the audience. With a critical and open listening, his musical language has integrated radical elements from other genres such as advanced kinds of electronic music, jazz, post-rock, metal or Japanese Noh theatre, influencing his aesthetics in a veiled, coherent and cohesive way.

His work is commissioned by foundations, ensembles and soloists, being featured in festivals internationally. He has been recipient of several national and international prizes and supported through different scholarships.
